Kit Dawn-Langman was a member of the first Secret Six.
History
Kit Dawn was a fashion model turned actress. She was the only child of a British colonel who wanted a son, and her mother died when she was small. Her father raised Dawn like a boy; she learned to excel in all sports, including track and field, swimming, shooting, and martial arts. Dawn was devastated after her father died, and subsequently fell for smooth lines from fortune hunter Johnny Bright. After marrying Bright, her fortune was squandered by her husband and she immediately divorced him. Living in destitution, Dawn became a streetwalker in London. When a pimp tried to forcibly recruit her, she killed him with a karate chop. Dawn escaped with the help of the mysterious Mockingbird, who sent her out of the country to Lili de Neuve's spa. Dawn joined the Secret Six after Mockingbird threatened to inform Scotland Yard about Dawn having killed the pimp.

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
