Synopsis for "Into the Depths!"

Deep within a volcano, Korak continues to search for his beloved Meriem. He finds her and is about to rescue her when suddenly an earthquake erupts causing her to plummet further below. He dives down after her, but finds himself quickly enslaved by the Molten-Men. Among the other captives is Meriem. Though Korak is able to escape imprisonment, and "extinguishes" the Molten-Men with several busted water pipes, he passes out from the fumes, and once again Meriem disappears.

Synopsis for "Mutiny at Sea"

After Carson's and Kamlot's hunt for "Tarel" (cobwebs), the two are heading home through the vast Venusian forest when they are attacked by flying furies (Klangan). The bird-men lasso the two with wire nooses and carry them to the sea, where a docked ship awaits them in the harbor.

Now a prisoner on a Thorist's warship, Carson begins to organize a group of "Soldiers of Liberty" and awaits for their chance to strike. Days later, a sea-monster emerges from below and thrashes the boat. Within the chaos and confusion, Carson's moment of rebellion has arrived, and his Soldiers of Liberty attack the ship's captain and his men.

When the mutiny is over, the ship is theirs and Carson is hailed as the new captain.
