Synopsis for "The Tribe That Time Forgot!"

An old tribesman is about to be slaughtered by an attacking lion, but Korak comes in for the rescue and learns a pitiless tribe left the old man there to die. Later, he finds a woman being pelted by stones by a same heartless tribe. The tribe then put Korak through several inhuman torture exercises, where he demonstrates that he is "emotionally" stronger then them, proving we should all live as humans... not beasts.

Synopsis for "Catastrophe"

Several months ago Carson of Venus rescued Princess Duare. They now sail together on his ship, arguing about love. Suddenly, several winged furies (Klangans) burst into the room and kidnap the princess. In the doorway the evil Moosko is brandishing a ray gun and shoots Carson. When he regains consciousness, his crew members tell him that the intruders are gone, as is the princess. With a sea storm raging, Carson believes they could not have gone far, and perhaps are on a nearby island. The raging sea washes him off the deck, into the water's maelstrom and finally places him onto the island's shore. He hears the princess screaming and climbs a hillside to attack several beast-men. With his ray pistol, he kills them all. Seeing the princess terrified of him, he confesses that he will take her back to Vepaja by ship, and never bother her again.
