Synopsis for "Blood Brothers"

Korak's search for Meriem brings him to the Land of Tabu where he is attacked by a hydra. During his battle, a stranger helps out. With the hydra slain, they travel together to the stranger's village. A strong friendship builds between them. Meanwhile, the medicine men prepare a ceremony where the two friends must fight one another to see who should be chief. Though Korak at first refuses to harm his friend, he reluctantly agrees, and the two duelist began their competition. Diving together into the dark depths of a watery pit, the two must remain submerged until the other is killed. An octopus grabs the friend and Korak saves him by slicing the tentacle off. They both emerge to the surface and crawl out of the pit. Since both have returned, it is agreed that the friend will be chief and Korak must leave the village and continue his search for Meriem alone.

Synopsis for "Into the Land of Noobol"

After rescuing Princess Duare from the Beast-Men, she and Carson await for his ship. Suddenly, a winged fury (Klangan) swoops down and grabs the princess. At the same time, a band of Thorist warriors, lead by the evil Moosko, approach Carson and take him down. Now captured and imprisoned, Carson is taken to the Thorist's death chamber and must choose one of seven doors to walk through, only one leads to freedom. A giant snake slithers into the room, so that Carson will have to choose a door quickly. He opens a door and ducks as a Sabertooth tiger (Tharban) leaps in. With lightning speed, the coiled snake snares the tiger and crushes it. Carson searches around the room quickly and jumps up towards a dangling noose. He climbs it like an ape and scrambles across the beams and rafters. He finds a latch near the ceiling and escapes, only to find himself a top the castle's high tower.
