History

Lady Flash is the keeper of the Speed Force. She was visited by the dimensional traveling Ray Palmer who was given his signature to prepare for a "Great Disaster".

After Monarch appeared and offered the League of Shamans the choice to join him, which the League refuses, Lady Flash converse with Terra regarding the coming Disaster and Monarch's offer; she decide to not join the mad villain and hope that the outcome of the coming crisis would end differently.
