Synopsis for "The Jump, Part Two"

Once more, Darkseid couples himself up to the resurrected head of dog soldier Kaninsky in order to relive his memories. He discovers that his encounters with the rebel D-Vo have fostered a kind of respect for the felon, and that he begins to disobey orders in pursuing him through Darkseid's temple. On top of the temple, the two of them have a heart-to-heart, where D-Vo discovers the humanity of the soldier, and Kaninsky in turn, decides on a grand act of rebellion, deliberately destroying part of the temple and killing a number of Darkseid's troops in order to give D-Vo the possibility of escape.

Darkseid and Desaad watch the re-opening of the temple, which has been 'cleansed' of all life within a large radius, and are shocked to discover evidence that D-Vo still lives and still rebels.
