Synopsis for "The Fishy Laugh"
Escaping from Batman, the Joker plunges into the sea, where he discovers an army. Contrary to their fairly obvious intention to invade, the people of the army prevent him from drowning, and he is confronted by Aquaman, the King of Atlantis. The army has come to attack the surface world due to the deformed laughing-faced fish they have found around Gotham Harbour. The Joker explains that the surface-dwellers meant no harm, and that the fish were changed in honor of him, as he is the king of the surface world. He is believed, and agrees to help the Atlantean scientists work on a cure for the fish.
He then seduces Felua, one of the scientists, and manipulates the royal council into exiling their King for failing to do his duties properly. Aquaman leaves, respecting their decision, but silently vows to have his revenge on the Joker.
