Synopsis for "State of the Universe"

On Quarantine, Kent Shakespeare defeated the Persuader, while in orbit above Earth, the Dominators demanded results from Circe. While Starfinger learned of the Persuader's defeat, Kent expressed his eagerness about rejoining the Legion to Gim. On Khundia, when a Khund farmer reported Jo's presence to the Dominion authorities and he attempted to escape, while Ivy expressed anger towards Kent for leaving her behind to rejoin the Legion and Laurel threateningly ordered Khunds to stay out of a sector of deep space. On Gnogg, Tenzil was reshaping Brek's head.

Meanwhile, at the Ranzz Residence on Winath, Garth and Rokk planned to obtain a new Legion headquarters and Brainy attempted to test the recovering Celeste before Furball wandered in and reunited with Kono. Also, Vi apologized to Rokk for her involvement in killing many Braalians at Venado Bay before the latter wrote Lydda about it, as well as about making arrangements for Blok's memorial and that the Legion was officially back.
