Lighter Than Air Society

The Lighter Than Air Society is a gathering of scientific geniuses, all of whom function as instructors at Ivy University in Ivy Town. An informal organization, the group currently consists of Professor Ryan Choi, Professor Helmond Kettering, Professor Martin Campbell, Professor "Panda" Potter and Professor Thomas Dinawa. All members of the Society have a past association with physicist Ray Palmer, the superhero known as the Atom. Recently, the Society brought Palmer's protégé and successor, Ryan Choi into their fold, and currently aid him in his chosen career as the "all-new" Atom. The Society members have assisted Ryan by developing a particle drive device known as a "bangstick", enabling him to fly, along with a Singularity Field Generator for Ryan's "bio-belt", which enables him to maintain stability when he shrinks. Ryan has formed a close bond with his fellow scientists, the affable Panda Potter in particular.
