Lightning is a name used by several unrelated characters in the DC Universe. Max Mercury used it as an alias during his time-traveling adventures. Tavis Williams took the name with his brother to become Thunder and Lightning. Jennifer Pierce paid homage to her father Black Lightning by using the name when she joined the Justice Society. Henry Cosgei used it as a member of the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents. The metahuman Alya also adopted the name with her brother Thunder to become members of the Ravagers.
