Dr. I.Q. Hi sends Dodgers and the Cadet to stop an uprising on Planet No-Ha-Ha, the prison planet of the evil birthday clowns. Unfortunately, Dodgers thinks the Cadet is taking him to Bucky Wheeze's Birthday Planet for his birthday.

  • All the stories in this issue are based on the Duck Dodgers show that ran on Cartoon Network from 2003 to 2005. From this issue onward, subsequent Duck Dodgers stories in Looney Tunes would be based on and use the designs from the show, before eventually returning to the "classic Duck Dodgers" style in issue #237.
