Lord Havok is a genius super-villain bent on conquest and leader of the Extremists. He is based on the Marvel Comics character Doctor Doom at the Marvel Database Wikia. Born on the planet Angor, his teammates destroyed the heroes of their world and went on to conquer others. There also exists a version of their legend on Earth-8. Maxwell Lord briefly became Havok when Kilg%re used cyborg technology to create him in his image. Lord Havok was created by Gerard Jones and Keith Giffen, first appearing in Justice League Europe #15. (1990)
