Lowell Jeffries (New Earth)

Lowell Jeffries was a reporter for Action Bulletin News who received some acclaim for his story "He's Back, But is He a Fraud?" concerning Superman.

He was assigned to cover a story on Carolyn Llewellyn in Kazakhstan, and was aboard the same airplane as Clark Kent. He tried to pester Kent about his past with Dr. Llewellyn, but Kent, rather annoyed, told him they had merely been colleagues.
