Manhunter Lud was a member of the proto peacekeepers known as the Manhunters.

History

He was created by the Guardians of the Universe before the Green Lantern Corps but the Manhunters went rogue. Lud came to Earth and joined the Robot Renegades, who sought to take control over all organic life and liberate robotkind from humanity. He, along with his team, worked begrudgingly with Doc Magnus to take down the Death Metal Men. His true motivations were revealed as he was reprogrammed as a pawn of the Nameless. He wore a patch over his right eye which covered the mark of his master.
