HistoryEdit
Mark Mardon was a Central City extortionist who had multiple run-ins with the Flash. After his brother Ben completed a weather control device, he planned his biggest caper: threatening to freeze the entire world if his demands were nog met. He was brought down by the united strength of Superman and Flash.
Weather Wizard later joined the Superman Revenge Squad and the Legion of Doom; he sided with Grodd in the Legion mutiny, and was killed when Darkseid blew up the spaceship.
