Max Rager is an energy drink manufacturer run by the unscrupulous Vaughn Du Clark.
History
A fault in the energy drink would cause approximately one of every thousand drinkers to go into a berserk fit of violence. Du Clark did not want this fact brought to light in anticipation of his company's next generation of drink, Super Max. This formulation would allow people to stay awake and be active for days on end, but it turned out to be a major cause of the zombie plague in Seattle.
