HistoryEdit

Mei-Lai Kent was the wife of Joel Perry Kent, who found him lying on the ground after being shot by his troops in Vietnam and left for dead. She nursed him back to health, contacted Lex Luthor who brought her and Joel home, and married Joel. In 1979, she gave birth to Joel's son, who was given the name Clark Wayne when he was adopted by Bruce Wayne Jr. after the death of her husband. She later became the wife of Bruce Wayne Jr. and helped him with the demons of rage he had been wrestling with ever since his first wife Kara Kent died.
