Mica Love was a hired mercenary and the second of such individuals to assume the guise of the Enforcer. The Enforcer, as well as her predecessessor Leroy Merkyn, worked for the 2000 Committee under industrialist Henry Hewitt. Hewitt had the Enforcers abduct U.S. senator Walter Reilly and his teenage daughter, Lorraine.Powers and Abilities

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
- Mica Love's last name was revealed on her memorial vault placard at the JLA Hall of Justice in Blackest Night #1.
