Michael Carter (Earth-One)

Michael Carter was the nephew of Greg Sanders, also known as the Vigilante. Trained by his uncle, Carter eventually adopted the masked identity of Swashbuckler and became the local protector of Houston, Texas. Working once with Batman, Carter managed to capture the infamous criminal called The Riddler.
