Millennium #6 is an issue of the series Millennium (Volume 1) with a cover date of February, 1988.

Synopsis for "Out"

The space-bound contingent of super-heroes, now a dozen strong, pursues the Highmaster from the wreckage of the planet Orinda. When the leader of the Manhunters turns and attack, he easily overcomes the heroes, then vanishes in search of the Guardians of the Universe. The new Dr. Fate attempts a magic spell which can send the super-heroes to the same extradimensional destination, but due to his inexperience, he does not prepare them properly to survive in that realm, and the costumed champions feel their lives slipping away. In desperation, Fate manages to concentrate the life forces of the twelve in two of the crusaders: Hal Jordan holds those of his fellow Green Lanterns, and Superman embodies the rest. With Dr. Fate now comatose, there is no way to reverse the spell, so Superman and Green Lantern set out to complete their mission. Back on Earth, the Millennium Project proceeds at the Green Lantern Citadel. Following their instruction by the Oans, the Chosen lie meditating. Wonder Woman then returns from her netherworld adventure. Batman, greatly dismayed at the news of the Outsiders' downfall, recruits Guy Gardner, and the two confront and battle the apparent traitor in their ranks, Booster Gold, at his corporate headquarters, but Booster overpowers them and es- capes. Herupa and Nadia, who are aging noticeably, watch with concern as the Chosen awaken from their trance. Tom Kalmaku's family reacts with fear at his new mental attitude, despite his reassurances. Janwillem Kroef violently rejects the Oans' teachings and threatens to quit the project, but the Guardian and the Zamaron have foreseen his actions and merely bid him farewell. Green Lantern John Stewart, fed up with the South African's racist rhetoric, speeds him on his way with a power-ringed fist. The Floronic Man, meanwhile, is contacted by a hidden Manhunter agent, who instructs him to murder one of the Chosen. However, Woodrue has now switched his allegiance; instead of obeying, he captures the Manhunter and turns him over to the super-heroes for questioning. Before they can proceed, Blue Beetle, Mr. Miracle, and Kilowog, who have been examining the ship captured by Aquaman and Aqualad, discover that it is designed for travel not into space, but to the centre of the Earth, which must be the location of the Manhunters' final stronghold.
