Millions was the world's richest dog.

History

Millions' original owner owned him under a different name but when he joined the Newsboys of Nowhere Street he came as the heir to his master's criminal empire bringing with him millions of dollars. The Newsboys used some of Millions' money to set up a secret HQ in a junkyard. Millions passed away at age of 14, due natural causes. After Vincenzo Baldi, the former Kid Scarface, died, Millions inexplicably reappeared alive and, eventually, he assumes as head of the crime and eventually becomes the "Dog-Father", a title equal to the Godfather.

• Enhanced Sense of Smell: the part of a dog's brain that is devoted to analyzing smells is about 40 times greater than humans.
• Business Management: Millions funded the Newsboys of Nowhere Street as well as a gang war.
• Leadership: Millions ran a human gang after his adventures with the Newsboys and even won a gang war after his opponents had died.
• Multilingualism: Millions can understand human speach.
