An intelligent mob leader, he became an enemy of Superman.

History

Mr. Ohm designed a plane that also acted as a magnet, with which he could use to fly over armored vehicles carrying money and scoop them up. He was eventually subdued when Superman built a giant electro-magnet to pull Ohm's plane down to earth.
