Synopsis for Sandra of the Secret Service: "The Brain, Part 2"
Continued from Part 1.
Pirate submarine captain Snegg's big plan is to foment war between America and other nations, which will stimulate the international arms market, thus enriching his employers. He tells this to his prisoners Sandra and Michael, then returns to take the conn at the periscope. Orders are received from The Brain, to return to the sub's secret base, in an uncharted group of islands, without sinking any more ships. Despite this, Snegg seeks out another U.S. ship, and lets Sandra observe it thru the periscope, then tells her that this ship is doomed, and that she herself will fire the torpedo that sinks it.
