A spaceship lands near Oceania and several Space Men descend from the ship and use their advanced weaponry to hijack a ship on the middle of the sea. When reports of the incident get to New York City, Inza Cramer contacts Doctor Fate using a magic crystal ball and informs him about the situation. Leaving his tower, Fate goes for Inza and then he takes her to Oceania, where the space men are about to kill the ship's passengers.

Upon arriving to the place, Fate first examines the space men's weapons and finds that they function with electricity. With this knowledge, Fate is able to confront the space men and defeat them by destroying their spaceship and turning their weapons against them. With the space men eliminated, Fate and Inza return home.
