Synopsis for "The Spy from Outer Space, Part I"
An alien spy causes havoc, and Superboy and Krypto are able to arrest him. In SmallVille Police Station, the alien flees, teleporting to his planet. Superboy and Krypto pursues him to another Solar System, but the red sun there drains off Superboy's powers.
