Synopsis for "Trigon Lives!"
Raven is seen trying to call back the titan members after they believe they have been led astray by her. Raven is then shown having a converstaion with her father Trigon and declairs him her enemy, with a few lighting bolts Trigon sends down his advance warrior Goronn. With Raven over powered she sends her Soulself to get help from the Titans again, she succeeds this time with Robin, Koriand'r, Changeling & Wonder Girl saying they will assist. Cyborg stays behind to talk with Kid Flash who is already hurt and feels betrayed by Raven and after a brief lecture Kid Flash join the battle shortly fallowed by Cyborg. They frist attack Goronn speperatly then realize that team work is the only way and eventually take down Goronn. while watching in cloud form Trigon is displeased and warps the titans back to titans tower, while he tells Raven his time is now to invade this world. Raven escapes and Psimon comes to Trigon's side but is spread across the time stream for having attempt to slain Trigon as for Goronn his failure is met with death as Trigon incinarates him. Trigon then flys around New York wreaking havoc as the Teen Titans attempt to defeat him they are actually easily defeated instead. During this time Raven has been going back and forth from New York and the Temple of Azarath to see if the monks will help in her fight, they decide not to get involed. As they decide this Trigon see's his way to get to the Temple. Raven summons the Titans to the temple to battle him, they are more uniformed together but are again defeated by Trigon, to stop Trigon's andvancement on the world Raven offers to serve by her Father's side in his dimension. Raven and Trigon dissapear in a cloud of smoke, all are left just standing over where both stood, Kid Flash crys as he never got to tell Raven he loved her story ends.

- Curt Swan is the guest artist for this issue. This is one of the few issues of the original New Teen Titans run not penciled by George Pérez (Pérez still provided the cover art however).
- First full appearance of Trigon. Previously, Trigon only appeared in flashback sequences and as a disembodied voice with a set of glowing red eyes. Revealed to be Raven's father in this issue.
- First and only actual appearance of Goronn. Raven had a dream of the Titans' fight against Goronn in issue #3.
- In this issue, the architect of Titans Tower has yet to be revealed. He will be identified as Cyborg's father, Silas Stone, in issue #7.
- The Justice League of America appear in a cameo flashback to events that take place immediately before New Teen Titans #4.
