Notes

  • Curt Swan is the guest artist for this issue. This is one of the few issues of the original New Teen Titans run not penciled by George Pérez (Pérez still provided the cover art however).
  • First full appearance of Trigon. Previously, Trigon only appeared in flashback sequences and as a disembodied voice with a set of glowing red eyes. Revealed to be Raven's father in this issue.
  • First and only actual appearance of Goronn. Raven had a dream of the Titans' fight against Goronn in issue #3.
  • In this issue, the architect of Titans Tower has yet to be revealed. He will be identified as Cyborg's father, Silas Stone, in issue #7.
  • Though it appears as if Psimon dies in this issue, he will return to plague the Titans in issue #7.
