New Titans Annual #11 is an issue of the series New Titans Annual (Volume 1) published in 1995.

Synopsis for "After Year One"

Mirage and Tara come across a holo-projector that contains a message from Time Trapper. He explains that he hand-picked several heroes to break Extant's brainwashing during Zero Hour. But Tara destroys the machine before she can learn about her past.

Darkstar tells the team that Crimelord sabotaged her divorce hearings to ensure she'll stay away from her son. This reminds Impulse of his family, and he runs back to Keystone City to look at a picture of his parents.

Donna gives Minion a universal translator and takes him to buy some Earth clothes with Kyle Rayner. Impulse meets Supergirl in Kansas, and he tells her he joined the New Titans when he took a phone message from Arsenal originally intended for Flash. But Impulse didn't officially join the team until after Zero Hour. Supergirl says she wanted to ask Arsenal several times, but the right opportunity never came up, including one time when she saved him after Crimelord and Lex Luthor sabotaged his armor and weapons.
