Synopsis for Bulletman: "Lucifer and the Blue Devils"

'Bulletman' takes some vacation time (2 weeks) and tackles a group of protection racketeers called the Blue Devils (whose boss {attorney Stuart Vinton} is called Lucifer) who have taken over the nearby town of Eagle Valley. He saves some witnesses from drowning by smashing the local dam and draining the reservoir.
