Synopsis for "Cosa Nostra Chapter Three: Black Sheep"

Dick and Helena slept with each other in Helena's appartment. Dick awakes in the night and then uses his portable communicator to call Oracle. He quickly confesses that he is together with Huntress and, of course, Barbara is sceptical regarding that relationship. Huntress catches something of the conversation and finds it pretty funny that Nightwing and Oracle also seem to be attracted to each other without knowing it.

Serge Malfatti brings both Frankie Black and his girlfriend Moira McAlster to an estate outside of Gotham City.

Nightwing finds the prostitute which originally was scheduled to meet Frankie Black at the hotel. Dick is surprised to hear that the woman saw Caitlyn Becker together with a man in a police uniform.

Meanwhile, Huntress visits Pasquale who is together with his boss Serge Malfatti. She tells the criminals that Pasquale should either sell out Frankie Black or he could be accused with murdering the woman himself. And Malfatti actually likes the idea of Pasquale to turn himself in.

Nightwing again talks with Oracle. She informs him that Malfatti freed Frankie Black and possibly also kidnapped Frankie's girlfriend Moira. After that, Nightwing breaks into the restaurant of Malfatti, but cops are there as well. Nightwing tells Sergeant Harvey Bullock about Caitlyn Becker working together with a yet unknown police officer and then quickly disappears.

Lt. Ellison uses the given information to trick Officer Mason, because obviously it was him who did accompany Caitlyn Becker to the Starlight Hotel before having her killed. But Bullock is not convinced and while him and Ellison argue, Mason takes his chance and flees out of the Gotham City Police Headquarters. Pasquale had just left a minute earlier. Mason sees him boarding a taxi and, thus, orders a colleague in a police car to follow him.

In the meantime, Huntress did some research and guesses that Malfatti took Frankie Black and Moira McAlster to a hideout in Greenwood ...
