Synopsis for "The Hunting Moon"

Deathstroke brings the unconscious Man-Bat to his client Mr. Muldoon who wants to produce a video series with the strange creature.

Nightwing again visits Francine Langstrom, the wife of the Man-Bat, to tell her what likely happened to her husband. He promises to do everything in his power to bring him back to her.

Later, Dick returns home and Bridget Clancy introduces him to a new tenant. Dick is shocked as he recognizes the huge villain called Amygdala. But both Amygdala and Bridget explain that he was released from prison and receives constant medication through an implant to keep him in check. Back in his appartment Dick calls Oracle and asks her to find out more about the possible destination where the kidnappers might take the Man-Bat.

While Dick takes a nap, Tad Ryerstad enjoys reading the book about the former vigilante Tarantula. Tad really wants to follow in his footsteps and thinks about a possible codename for himself.

Oracle wakes up Dick and tells him to turn on the TV. They watch a teaser interview of Mr. Muldoon on the news which indicates that he has the Man-Bat on his ship. Nightwing wastes no time and uses his new speedboat to follow the trail. As he enters the cargo room of the ship, Nightwing gets attacked by Deathstroke. They fight intensely, but in the end Nightwing is able to keep the mercenary at bay long enough to free the Man-Bat and to escape with him ...
