History

O.G.R.E. was the name of a disaster-rescue system developed by Waynetech. During Bruce Wayne's second year as the caped crusader, Batman, the O.G.R.E. system went out of control rampaging throughout Gotham City. Bruce Wayne saved rival industrialist Lex Luthor from being killed in the carnage.^[1]
