History

After the American government outlawing of all superheroes, except for Superman, Oliver Queen undertook s a clandestine career of terrorism against government oppression, including the sinking of a nuclear submarine. He lost his left arm years ago and blames Superman for that. Despite losing his arm, Oliver is still a formidable marksman, using his teeth to grip the nocks of his arrows. Oliver was later requested by Batman into helping against Superman, in which Oliver accepts, by using Batman's synthetic kryptonite into the tip of one of his arrow letting Batman emerges as the winner. After Batman fakes his death in order for him to go underground, Oliver, sporting with a mechanical arm as a prosthesis for his left arm, joins Batman, in his war against a corrupted American government run by Alexander Luthor.
