Synopsis for "Mile-A-Minute" Jones!

The Losers are sent in to capture a German general. On the way to the villa he is holed up in they encounter an American soldier and German soldier who both competed as long distance runners at the Berlin Olympics. Both runners claim the victory during that meet as there was a scuffle at the finish line and some controversy as to who won the race. The Losers escort the American runner and his German prisoner to the villa where they secure the general and bind his men and the German runner. However, the German runner gets free and rushes off to warn his comrades. The American runner sees him heading across a field and starts after him even though the Losers warn him not to. The American runner sees a white strip along the ground and in his mind he is transported back to that day at the Olympics. He attempts to narrow the lead that the German runner has on him and tackle the man, but he fails. The German runner reaches his comrades and boasts about winning the race. They head towards the Losers when suddenly explosions rack the field killing them all. The Losers explain to the American runner that what he saw on the ground was engineer tape and that he was dashing through a mine field.
