Synopsis for Losers: "Gung-Ho!"
The Losers are on a mission for Intelligence, to determine which one of three French towns where there has been a buildup of German troops, will be the staging area of a blitz. Gunner is training some of the local French kids in marine tactics, which makes the other Losers uneasy about the danger the kids might soon find themselves in if the German presence near their town is anything but a feint. Cloud wants Gunner to have the kids evacuate, but then German artillery begins shelling the town and it's too late. German troops push forward and meet resistance from the Losers. Gunner tells the kids that if they wish to leave, now's the time. One boy is afraid, but he remembers that the Germans have killed his father and mother. All the boys agree to stay, and it turns out the German presence is a feintm that they are able to repulse with no casualties. The Losers apologize to the boys for doubting them and Gunner bids his proud farewell.
