Synopsis for "Most Wanted, Part 2"

John Walsh and the Outsiders work together to find a lead on Tanner, the leader of a ring of kidnappers and child slavers who once imprisoned Grace for three years. They are able to rescue 83 children, but do not find Tanner. Unfortunately, one of Tanner's men recognises Arsenal and knows his true name, and Tanner is thus able to get some revenge - when Arsenal returns home, he finds that the nanny has been shot dead and that Lian has been kidnapped by Tanner.
