Synopsis for "Devil's Work, Part One: Sacrifice"

With Arsenal still in hospital, he decides that someone should take his place on the team for the time being, and that person should be the Huntress. Nightwing is not overly impressed by this decision, but within moments, the team find themselves involved in a horrendous crime scene, a bus full of people charred to death. A trail of clues leads to the Tattooed Man and then to mob boss Ishamel Gregor, who is attempting to steal the power of Sabbac since the usual host, Timothy Karnes can no longer speak and therefore cannot summon the power. The Outsiders close in on Gregor's mansion, but are moments too late to prevent the ritual. Timothy Karnes is dead, and Ishamel Gregor now has the power of Sabbac.
