Jason Todd (Earth-3)

The former junior partner of the first Owlman, Talon I of Earth-3 has succeeded his mentor in a career of domination and power control of the Gotham City of Earth-3 ^[1].

Jason Todd of Earth-3 is the current Owlman having succeeded his former mentor in the role. He recently met and fought with his counterpart the murderous Jason Todd of New Earth and found that they are more alike than separate despite being from so called opposite Earths.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

Owlman II possesses no superhuman powers but is more focused and trained than the New Earth incarnation having been truly raised as the successor to his mentor which he proved when he succeeded the original Earth-3 Owlman.

Abilities

Owlman II possesses no superhuman abilities but is a highly trained scholar and tactician in many scientific fields which allows him to create various devices and plans to overcome those who have abilities far greater than himself.

Strength level

Owlman II possesses the strength level of a normal human male his age who engages in intense regular exercise

Weaknesses

Owlman II possesses all the normal weaknesses of a normal human male (will fail upon lack of oxygen, sleep, food, etc) though has trained himself to resist such pressures for beyond average times and levels.

The current Owlman is suggested to be the Earth-3 counterpart of Jason Todd rather than the Richard Grayson of Earth-3 based on the events listed in Countdown 32 and 31 and the extensive time listed fighting the Jokester ("Search for Ray Palmer: Crime Society 1" revealed the Jokester to have been fighting the two Owlmen for about 20 years the time of his affair with Eve and his first meeting with Owlman I to the time of his discovery of his supposed daughter).

Based on Countdown 32 and 31, more than likely it is Todd rather than Grayson of Earth-3 who has succeeded his former mentor as this would be opposite to the Primary DC Earth Todd who was abandoned by his mentor and New Earth Dick Grayson who did succeed Wayne in the role of Batman while Wayne was recovering from a broken back.
The current Talon (Time Drake of Earth-3) is dating the Jokester's daughter. It is suggested that the current Talon operates seperately from Owlman II.
