History

Pathavim Seth-Ottarak was a member of the Green Lantern Corps assigned to Sector 17. On a mission to clean up Garnet, one of the worst criminal worlds in the cosmos, he was killed in action. A self-proclaimed "anti-lawman" named Trosk gunned him down with yellow bullets when he made his first stand against the local lowlifes. Pathavim's ring and his responsibilities were passed on to Jack T. Chance, who held the position much longer than he did.^[1] Later, Seth-Ottarak is shown to be memorialized in the Crypts of the Green Lantern Corps along with all of the other Fallen Lanterns.^[2]
