Peacemaker was published by Charlton Comics from March until November of 1967 spanning only five issues. The series featured the original Peacemaker, Christopher Smith. The rights to the Peacemaker, along with other Charlton heroes, were bought by DC Comics in the 1980s. DC subsequently published a four-issue Peacemaker miniseries in 1988.
