History

Pete "Shock-Headed Peter" Cheney is a police officer on the Top 10, operating out of Neopolis, a city populated entirely by science heroes and villains. Cheney is a naive and bigoted officer, with electric shock powers and a racist attitude towards Neopolis' robot minority. This brings him into conflict with fellow officer Joe Pi. He experiences much guilt after releasing a young prostitute (Immune Girl) who is subsequently murdered by the serial killer known as "Libra". He is also reluctant to believe that The Seven Sentinels are in fact a pedophile ring. He spent a long time as partner's on the force with Officer Duane Bodine, "Dust Devi". Five years after the Ultima incident, Pete is partnered with the Subliminal Kid.
