Synopsis for "Home Is the Sailor"

When a lonely mariner girl named Lorelei is visited by ghosts out at sea, she is rescued by the Phantom Stranger. Later, she and her father are visited by a ship captain named Hans Vanderdecker, who has come to their port to wait out a storm. When the storm lets off, the impulsive Lorelei decides to leave with Vanderdecker.

However, the Phantom Stranger arrives and warns Lorelei's father that Hans Vanderdecker is really the ghost of the Flying Dutchman. The Stranger battles Vanderdecker, and soon realizes that Lorelei wasn't kidnapped, but going along with Vanderdecker on her own accord. With this established, the Stranger allows them to leave and they sail out into the sea.

Synopsis for Doctor 13: "Stopover"

Called to witness a seance, Dr. Thirteen and his wife Marie are witness to something all together difference. The arrival of aliens who have decided to come and steal the Earth's atmosphere. With the help of his wife, Dr. Thirteen manages to knock out the would be invaders and steal the belts which contain their gear. When they revive, Thirteen advises them not to invade Earth because the planet has fantastic weapons that they could not possibly fathom. The aliens take Thirteen at his word and depart. The cultists however are convinced that their seance worked, however Dr. Thirteen remains to be convinced, dismissing it all as pure coincidence.
