General Blankenship

Phil Blankenship, also known as General Blankenship, was a commanding officer in the Air Corps Intelligence Division of the USAF during World War II. His subordinates included Diana Prince, secretly the super-hero Wonder Woman, and pilot Steve Trevor. He is clearly based on the comics character General Darnell with only his last name changed. General Blankenship was created by Stanley Ralph Ross, first appearing in the Wonder Woman pilot episode "The New Original Wonder Woman." (1975)
