History

Agent Graves seeks out those who have been wronged during their lifetime. His seemingly sole function is to provide these victims with the means to avenge the injustices of their own lives. Carrying along a steel attaché case, Graves presents his clients with irrefutable evidence of the crimes that have been committed against them. He further provides them with a handgun and a supply of exactly 100 bullets. He offers them his assurance that the bullets are completely untraceable and any action committed by the individual possessing the weapon in question will not earn the attention of the authorities.
