Synopsis for "Penetro, Master of Solids"
Professor Growley is denied a promotion because of his erratic and how everyone who knows him is put off by his extreme misanthropy. He devises a formula that gives him the power to pass through matter, and goes on a robbery spree for various priceless objects because no security system can keep him out. Even Plastic Man's unable to catch this "Penetro", until he impersonates the girl the angry genius has a crush, and gets him to say the formula that restores him to solidity. Then delivers a stretchy knockout punch. The concussion also handily erases his knowledge of the formula that gave him his power.
