Synopsis for "Tapestry"

Power Girl gets into a fight with a new villain named Hydra. Hydra can control the movement of any fluid and attacks Power Girl with ruptured water mains, detached fire hydrants and gas lines. Hydra cannot defeat Power Girl, so she covers her tracks and makes her escape.

Power Girl changes to her civilian guise and goes to the offices of her company, Starrware Industries. Her colleague Andrew Draper tells Karen that an ambitious board member named Harlan Brooks is calling a meeting, questioning her ability to lead the company profitably.

Karen then went home to visit her neighbors. Liz Joyce tells her that her car was stolen and destroyed. On top of it, she's being audited. Karen, Liz and Carrie Phillips decide to go out dancing that evening to get their minds off their troubles.

Another villain named Hurricane rampages through the nightclub and begins targeting Karen. Karen switches to Power Girl and fights back. Like before, the villain cannot defeat Power Girl and escapes.

The true mastermind behind these attacks, the Weaver, monitors his agents' failures from the sanctity of his private realm.

Later, Karen meets a man named Mongo Krebs. Krebs is a karate instructor and offers to teach Karen martial arts. Karen politely turns down the offer.

Walking home, Karen encounters a third villains - Pyro. Like before, Pyro makes a strong showing, but is unable to stop her. He disappears just as quickly as Hydra and Pyro. Frustrated, Karen decides to accept Mongo Krebs' offer.
