Thaddeus Thawne was a descendent of the Thawne family, which included Professor Zoom and many Cobalt Blues. He became the president of Earthgov in the 30th century. He had a daughter, Meloni, who married into the Thawne's rival family, the Allens. She and her husband, Don, had one son, Bart, who would later become the Flash.

Notes

President Thawne's first name was unmentioned throughout his appearances. It was finally given as Thaddeus in passing by his creation, Inertia, also named Thaddeus, in Teen Titans (Volume 3) #43.
