- Tommy Tomorrow's prior appearance was in issue #6. After this issue, he drops out again, until issue #13. Tommy's story was written in 1947, so 1967 would be the future in that era, and the details are based on the predictions that were made at the time. The first manned moon mission in our world was made two years later.
Trivia
- In Tommy Tomorrow story, the US President is not identified. Taking into account that the story takes place in 1967, he might be Lyndon Johnson; but nothing indicates that the line of American presidents in the universe known as Earth-54 is identical to our world.
