Synopsis for the 1st Story
Fauntleroy Fox throws Crawford Crow out of his house. Crow decides he needs to come up with a new way to trick Fox. Deciding that he will catch some fish and invite Fox over for dinner, Crow heads down to the pond. Meanwhile, Fox decides that he's been hard on Crow, and decides to fix him his favorite dinner - Mulligan Stew with Apple Turnovers - so he heads to the store. The two both slip on a bannana peel on their ways to their respective locations, crashing into each other, and they get into a fight. Both find peices of the bannana peel and think that the other sabotaged them. They both plant a tack in a chair in the other's home as revenge. Fighting ensues until they coma again across the bananna peel. Crow explains that it was the peel of the bananna that Fox threw at him earlier, when he kicked him out, and that he tossed it on the road absent-mindedly. The two make-up and discuss their previous dinner plans. However, later that night, both sit in their homes steaming because the other never invited them over for dinner!
