Rebecca Tyler was a relative of the two Hourmen, Rex and Rick Tyler, and the majority owner of TylerCo after the former's death.
History
When Rex Tyler saw how his son, Rick, had been affected by the Hourman legacy, he made an addition to his will. When he finally died, the bulk of his company, TylerCo, was left to Rebecca, his niece. Under her, TylerCo has become a leader in the fields of human biochemistry and artificial organ research.
Rebecca has a strained relationship with her cousin Rick, whom she regards as a recovering drug addict. She has, however, let him and his mother retain an interest in the company.
