Red, White and Blue were robotic heroes and secret agents of Lex Luthor.
History
The androids attacked the Americommando and the Minutemen who were under the control of The Brain Trust on Liberty Island, as the latter began to gun down immigrants entering the United States. During the skirmish many of the immigrants were caught in the crossfire. Superman and his newly formed Justice League intercepted and took down both the Minutemen and the androids. White and Blue are incarcerated in the Gulag and broadcast everything they see to Red, who displays this information to Lex Luthor and his Mankind Liberation Front.
